The Art of Eating Well is a 6-week program designed to help you assess and rewire your relationship to food using a unique multi-modality process integrating the latest evidence-based nutrition information, guided meditations, affirmations, journal prompts, and hands-on assignments. This program will help you identify your patterns and gain mastery over the restrictive/permissive cycles of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating once and for all!
